Refund policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, unpacked, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will apply only to the product price.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned. These include gift cards, downloadable digital products, and personal or health care items.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases:
If the item shows signs of use, has been opened (such as CDs, DVDs, games, or software), is returned damaged or incomplete, or is received more than 30 days after delivery.

Orders in Transit

Please note that orders already shipped and in transit cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive an email confirmation.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider or bank.
If it still hasn't appeared after 15 business days, please email us at help@luxora-nails.com.

Discounted Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at help@luxora-nails.com.

Gift Orders

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift voucher once the return is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer.
